BC Game Terms and Conditions

Please read these general terms carefully before any registration or bet. By creating an account, you acknowledge your rights and obligations and accept our policies for betting, bonuses, content, and services.

User eligibility and jurisdiction

• You must be the legal age of majority where you live. This is 19 in most provinces and territories, and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec.
• You are responsible for ensuring online betting is allowed in your province or territory and for complying with all local legal requirements.
• Residents of Ontario may only gamble online with operators registered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario. If we are not registered in Ontario, you are not permitted to use the services in that province.

Account registration and proper use

• One account per person, household, IP, and device. Shared or proxy accounts are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. We may request identity, age, and address verification at any time.
• You must not engage in automated betting, multi-accounting, chip dumping, collusion, match fixing, or any activity that harms event integrity.
• Use of VPNs or tools that mask location to bypass geographic restrictions is not allowed.

Changes to these terms

• We may modify these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Where required by law, material updates will be notified in advance and take effect on the stated date.
• Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using the services and close your account.

Content and intellectual property

• All site content, odds displays, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the services for personal, non-commercial betting.
• Scraping, copying, reverse engineering, or redistributing content without written permission is not permitted.

Bonuses and promotions

• Bonuses are subject to specific terms, eligibility rules, wagering requirements, market restrictions, expiry, and maximum return limits. Read the bonus rules shown in your account before opting in.
• We may adjust, suspend, or remove a bonus if we detect abuse or a material error.

Liability and service availability

• Betting involves risk. You are responsible for your decisions and losses on any bet.
• Services may be interrupted for maintenance or due to network issues. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a transaction is limited to the amount of the stake or the value of the affected transaction, whichever is lower.

These general rules apply to all bets unless a sport-specific or market-specific rule states otherwise.

Eligibility and acceptance

• You may place a bet only after registration, successful login, and confirmation that betting is allowed in your location.
• A bet is accepted when our servers generate a unique bet ID and your bet appears in Bet History. Pending or declined bets are not valid.
• Once accepted, a bet cannot be amended. You may request cancellation only before acceptance; approval is at our discretion.

Limits and stake controls

• Minimum and maximum stakes are set per event, market, and user risk profile. Limits can change without notice based on odds movement, liability, or integrity concerns.
• We may refuse, limit, or partially accept a bet. Split bets to bypass limits may be voided.

Odds, settlement, and results

• Decimal odds are used unless stated otherwise. Single bet returns equal stake × odds. Winnings for multiples depend on all legs winning.
• Settlement is based on official results from the governing body at the time of declaration. Subsequent corrections do not usually affect settlement unless specified in sport rules.
• Push or tie markets settle at odds of 1.00 for the affected selection and the remaining legs continue for multiples.
• Dead heat: returns are calculated by dividing the stake by the number of tied participants and settling at the original odds.

Restrictions and integrity

• Betting is prohibited on events in which you have inside information or a material influence (athletes, officials, team staff, or data providers).
• We may void bets and restrict an account if we suspect collusion, fix-related activity, odds exploitation, or use of automated tools.

Errors, voids, and cancellations

• If an obvious pricing error or market error occurs, we may correct the odds to the fair market price at the time of placement or void the affected bet.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, settlement follows the relevant sport rules. Markets may remain valid if played within the sport-specific time window.
• If a market is offered after an outcome is known, such bets may be void.

Bonuses and free bets

• Free bet stakes are not returned in winnings unless stated. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and expiry. Read the terms shown before using bonuses.

These payment terms govern funding your account and receiving withdrawals for Canada-based users.

Deposits

• Available methods are shown in your cashier and may include cryptocurrencies and other processors. Method availability depends on your location and verification status.
• Network or processor fees may apply. We do not control third-party fees or exchange rates.
• Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations. Credits may be delayed by network congestion.

Withdrawals

• You may be asked to use the same method used for deposit where practicable. We may request additional KYC/AML checks before releasing funds.
• Processing times vary by method, risk review, and volume. Large or unusual requests may require extra verification.
• We can split a payout into tranches to meet security, compliance, or operational limits.

Verification and security

• Before any withdrawal, we may verify identity, age, address, beneficial ownership, payment method control, and source of funds or wealth.
• Failure to provide information may result in cancellation or delay of the transaction until checks are complete.

Transaction restrictions

• Deposits must originate from payment instruments held in your name. Third-party payments are not allowed.
• We may refuse, reverse, or hold transactions that appear to be fraudulent, misuse bonuses, or breach AML requirements.
• You cannot withdraw bonus funds or returns from a bonus until wagering requirements are met.

Cancellations and chargebacks

• You may request to cancel a pending withdrawal if it has not been processed. Approval is not guaranteed.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account restrictions, recovery of costs, and reporting to relevant payment providers.

Gambling should be entertaining and within your limits. Use the tools available in your account to manage betting behaviour.

Self-exclusion and cooling-off

• If you self-exclude, we will block your account and stop marketing during the exclusion period. Outstanding bets are settled under normal rules.
• Reinstatement requires a waiting period and a fresh confirmation of your decision.
